There isn’t a lot that Simon Sinek says that I do not agree with, a breath of fresh air when it comes to leadership and empathy.  This book shows you the importance of knowing your why, both as an individual and as a company. Key differences between IBM and Apple and how they approach their business models. Do you know your why? People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.
