How do we work together?

Let’s start by booking a call and working out what you are looking to achieve. We can then select the package that will be most suited to your needs and budget, and start the onboarding process. 

We will require login details or access to your Facebook, Instagram or Linkedin accounts. For security, granting access is always preferred over sharing account details and we can help talk you through this process.

Once we have an agreed strategy and schedule, we will set-up a Trello board to collate your content library, using existing content from your social media pages or if you have content from your website.  

We can then take over optimising your profiles and improving your visibility online. 

What do you need from me?

To start with we will take some time to establish your goals and strategy together. This will be done on an initial video call, and shouldn’t take more than an hour. 

We would like any relevant branding documents or access to content or ideas you may have. A shared folder will be set-up to ease the sharing of documents. 

Your time will be needed when we start, but once we are established that will be minimal. You may wish to be more involved or to hand over the responsibility to us. The choice is yours depending on what works best for you and your business. 

 Can I approve posts?

Yes – We will set-up your content library in Trello (an industry-standard web based project management tool), and can give you visibility of the upcoming weeks content for you to edit and approve prior to scheduling. 

 

Can I just hand everything over to you?

Yes – once we have agreed upon a strategy and schedule we can fully take over with little commitment from you. 

 

Can you work with my existing branding and content?

Yes – In fact we encourage the use of existing branding and content to stay consistent. If you require new branding or would like us to support you with content creation get in touch as we have partners who can provide these – but will be at an additional cost. 

 

How do I make payment?

Payment is taken in advance with an invoice sent to your email. This is payable within 10 days. 

You can pay via BACS or Paypal. Due to the nature of the work, refunds and payment plans aren’t available. 

How do I cancel?

We require 30 days written notice to cancel our services.

What results can you promise?

We promise to deliver the work as stated in our proposal. We provide Monthly reports so you can see the impact of our work and can suggest recommendations going forward. We are cautious not to over promise things that are simply the work of fiction. We believe social media is one part of the marketing puzzle and all parts need to create a full experience to deliver results, and even then the results are not guaranteed. So our promise is, we don’t promise magical results that never emerge. 

 

Can you help with a campaign or launch?

Yes – we can facilitate communications between you, your team or clients, planning and scheduling relevant social media content. We can discuss full requirements and where can help facilitate a successful launch.

As part of any of our packages you have access to our advice through email. You can even be part of our Facebook group so you can talk to other business owners, as well as access free training lives. Join here.
